Once your order has been shipped, you may receive an email with tracking information, when available. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your purchase. Prime House Store is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.
Return and exchange eligibility may vary depending on the product. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and accessories. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including personalized items, hygiene-sensitive products, clearance items, and products marked as final sale. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
